fficial minutes of the 03/08/2021 South Warren Snowmobile Club Meeting called to order at 7:07 pm by President Mike Zilm at American Legion Lake Luzerne.

The Pledge of Allegiance was stated.
Cindy read the last minutes aloud. Motion made by Dan Grogan to accept the Secretary’s Report – second by Todd Newton.
Denise went over the report, she asked if anyone had questions (no one did). She mentioned donations made, profit form poker run, and the membership from 2020-2021, it was at 737, up from 53 the prior year. Totaling $1639 for memberships. Motion made by Matt Plummer to accept the report and seconded by Bill Prime.
Thin, hard, flat, icy, mud in places, discussed closing….trails closed.
All four groomers are operational, the wing was taken off one, but it is being repaired.
Progressive $250 gift certificate will be drawn at April’s meeting.
Outdoor snow squall party will be foregone until next year.
Nominations for Pres, VP, Secretary, & Treasurer. There were no nominations for any office and all prior officers said they would stay in the position. Questions/Comments: Bill Prime raved about our trail system, kudos to everyone. Signage is great. Working on connections to Washington County and with Jim Peck.
Motion made by Bill Prime to adjourn the meeting at 7:54 pm – second by Jim Kinns– approved
