COMMITTEE REPORTS

Trail Report:

Most signs are up (Prospect, Bike Path & 9N) county moved access of bike path over about 10ft (will be on grass not blacktop). The wash out in Mt. Kenyon will be fixed next week per Roger Saheim. There are trees down by McFarlane Dr. that need to be addressed. The big intersection sign by Potash Rd. is missing. No one has been in Buttermilk since the storm (need to find out how trails are).

Groomer Report

The BR180 has been sold to the club in NH for $50K. The Piston Bully will have all new blades in the coming weeks.

OLD BUSINESS

Fundraising – need to find out where we stand. Cindy messaged the girls to email Mike so he can have their contact information.

Stewarts have placed boxes at different locations for gas receipts. Heather Dellavalle mentioned the members bringing their receipts to the meetings with the log (great idea). The log will be put on the website so it can be printed, individuals can then mail or bring receipts and logs in, instead of signing at gas station.

The training to be done 12/7 and Simone said 40 people have already signed up and there is a max of 50.

We received donation letters for HLMMD and Post Prom; Mike Fazio made a motion to donate $100 to each (if allowed by law) and seconded by Ed Bus. If it isn’t legal, a donation bucket will be put out for members to donate. Unanimously approved.

NEW BUSINESS

The gate near Stewarts needs to be opened before frozen and the fencing needs to be put up in that area as well.

QUESTIONS

No questions at this time.

Motion made by Mark Ladu to adjourn the meeting at 7:48 pm – second by Roger Saheim.

Respectfully submitted by

Cindy Woodcock, Secretary of the South Warren Snowmobile Club
