COMMITTEE REPORTS

Trail Report:

Zilm, Cook and Fearman put up signs and indicated recent storms have washed out some trails. There will need to be work done before trails are ready to ride. On Nov 2nd there was a great turn out (15-17 people, including members from PA & CT).

Groomer Report

The BR180 is most likely sold to a small club in NH for $50K; full disclosures were given. Mark believes that the amount is a good deal. As mentioned before, the groomer we had our eye on was unfortunately sold. It was mentioned possibly renting a groom if needed.

OLD BUSINESS

Fundraising – a webstore is being created, need to notify on when it will be live. Drop shipment is available.

We are teaming up with the LG Winter Carnival again to do the poker run. We will be starting earlier (@ 9am instead of 10am). The event will begin at Roaring Brook and ending at the Holiday Inn; same participants as last year, with the addition of American Legion LG and Roaring Brook.

We were informed by Stewarts that they may build their own boxes for gas receipts, should have confirmation for next meeting and we will explore further.

NEW BUSINESS

The Snowmobile Safety Class will take place on 12/7 at the LG Fire Department.
