Meeting called to order at r9:04
Mark McClain made a mo
tion to accept September's meeting minutes without Johnny reading them.

o Motion to accept - Ed Bus

o Motion passed.
Mark McClain read the treasurer
s report. Currently we have no unpaid bills, we have recently paid the groomer building insurance payment and are currently waiting for the 30% check to come in from the county (~$8,000.00) Next month we will be paying the Groomer payment.

o Motion to accept - Albert Brooks

Damon gave a Groomer update/report:
o We currently still have some minor parts to order and the Piston Bully was

recently serviced and decaled.
o The Bombardiers will need some minor work before the season begins.

Mike Zilm gave a brief trail report:

We still need to finish brushing the trail to Ciros.

Butler Pond trail is in good condition.
Mike is going to sign through the Wild West.
Hammer mentioned that Matt Plummer widened the tail behind Bon's Ice Cream all the way to the town dump.

We have also designed a trail to get around the fence across from limbo's place and members discussed the trail to the Holiday Inn.

Mark McClain gave a membership report:
o As of tonight's meeting we have 276 paid members.

Simone addressed the club to inform all members that the annual Snowmobile Safety Class will again be held at the Luzerne-Hadley Firehouse and will be from 8 AM until 4 PM on Saturday December 5th. Up to 45 kids may attend.

undraising Committee Report - Albert gave the report.

o The annual Spaghetti Dinner will be November 24th at Ciro's from 4-8 PM.
o The snowsquall party is February 6
that the Longhorn. Please push raffle ticket

sales. We are 2K short to pay for the sled, the trailer is paid for. o The chicken Dinner at Waterhouse was a success.

Mark McClain mentioned that this Saturday, November 7th the lions club will be volunteering for HH Hole In The Woods Camp splitting wood for the winter. He asks that anyone who can help to please show up for 8AM to 12 Noon.

e Thurman Club was in attendance and asked about the trail at Alden Ave and if we would be connecting to their trails.

Break at 19:40 to sell Raffle Tickets. Meeting returned to order at 20:00.

The 50/50 ticket was drawn. $40 to the winner.
o Ticket #: 336894
o Winner: Butch Marcotte. Butch gave half of the money back to the club.
